Worst experTo begin with, the bus arrived approximately 1.5 hours late, causing unnecessary inconvenience to all passengers. Later, at around 3:30 AM, the bus broke down due to an accelerator failure. While unexpected technical issues can occur, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. After making passengers wait for nearly an hour, we were informed that the bus would not continue the journey and that every passenger would have to make their own arrangements to reach their destination. What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of responsibility from the bus operator. No alternative bus, replacement vehicle, or proper assistance was provided. I was traveling with my family, and the entire situation was stressful, unsafe, and frightening. There was also a serious safety concern. While the bus was stopped due to the breakdown, some passengers, including us, stepped out to use the restroom. Shockingly, the bus started moving without properly informing or checking whether all passengers had returned. Such negligence is unacceptable and could have led to a much more serious situation. To make matters worse, despite the journey being abandoned midway due to the operator's failure, neither the bus operator nor took adequate responsibility for the inconvenience caused. We were provided only a partial refund instead of a full refund, even though we had to incur additional expenses and make alternative travel arrangements on our own. This experience reflects very poorly on the quality of service being offered. I would also strongly urge to review the travel operators listed on its platform. Operators that fail to provide basic reliability, customer support, and passenger safety should not be allowed to continue on the platform, as such incidents ultimately damage reputation and customer trust. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I request a thorough review of this incident, a fair resolution including a full refund, and stricter action against operators who fail to meet acceptable service and safety standards by the travels as the people.

In my L13 seat there is a power socket but no power is coming. Very terrible experience. Staff response is good when calling on boarding but bus is very bad.

Our bus stopped after 180 km. That too, they stopped in the middle of the road at midnight 4 am and asked us to take another bus. The driver told us we will get a complete refund.

Worst service experience ever. The bus broke down around 2:30 AM in the middle of the road, and the staff told us that they could not arrange any alternative transportation. Instead, all the passengers were simply asked to make their own arrangements and leave. There were many female passengers, and leaving everyone stranded in the middle of the night without arranging proper transportation or ensuring their safety is completely unacceptable. Regarding the refund, we were told to claim it through, and I am still waiting for my refund. There has been no proper support or assistance from the bus operator. The comfort was also very disappointing. It was an old Volvo, and the overall condition and comfort were nowhere near what I expected. A breakdown can happen, but how the company handles passengers after a breakdown shows the quality of their service. In this case, the handling was extremely poor. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service.

The bus broke down during the journey, and the operator did not take any immediate action to arrange alternative transportation. This resulted in a frustrating journey, and I reached my destination nearly 8 hours late.

Bus stopped us in Salem and asked us to take another bus, and we had to pay for the bus from Salem to Coimbatore as well.

Bus condition was very poor, it broke down near salem. we all had to arrange our own means of transport to reach home. we didn't get any refund. your intervention required.
