Bad bad bad very bad experience, keep 12 people in a 7 seater bolero from nainital to haldwani by showing finger to all the traffic rules and regulations. Such a shame on MMT and the bus admin. Never ever travel with you anymore.

Bus was supposed to leave the boarding station at 23:15 pm but it was late by around 1 hour. Not happy with the timing as I reached Delhi at 6:15 am in the morning.

I chose the dropping point at Kashmiri Gate, but the bus staff dropped us at Anandvihar. It was late at night, 02:20 am. I was travelling with my family including a lady. I feel frustrated and unsafe because of them.

No ac working, no charging socket working, conductor behaviour is very rude, water bottle not provided, they don't take care of my luggage. Very bad service.

It was mentioned that dropping point is ISBT Kashmir Gate, and they stopped bus at ISBT Anand Vihar. We requested bus conductor or driver to take bus to ISBT Kashmir Gate, but he refused and said bus will not move from here.

Too many flies inside the bus. Many unreserved passengers were taken in by the bus team. The bus was running more than one hour late against its scheduled arrival time at ANVT stop.
