2 hours late, transfer passenger from one bus to another, driver plays song at a very high volume which causes a lot of disturbance. Departure passenger to another place. Water bottle is not available. Blanket is not available.

Blanket and water bottle were not provided during your ride. Also, the charging point was not in working condition and there was no space vacant for shoes to keep.

I regret my decision choosing this bus, staff added without ticket passengers on my seat. They are 5 in total on double sharing seats, beds are dirty, windows are always open, too much noise

There is no bus for pickup us. We didn't travel that day. I had to face lot issues because I used this bus to travel.
