This travel was not at all safe as the staff could be seen drunk with no proper instruction to conduct the customer to their seats. The bus environment was creepy enough and i need to say from the safety point of view it was not at all good as any new passenger would join mid in the journey like train and would try to adjust with the seats which we have already booked.

I signaled the driver, but he still did not stop the bus. Consequently, I had to chase it for a long distance, which caused me considerable distress.

Absolutely pathetic service. The vehicle number on the provided ticket and the actual vehicle number were different. The condition of the bus itself was horrible. Damaged seats and windows. Also had to pay the price of AC ticket for non AC bus. Avoid this bus if you want a comfortable journey.

The staff were very unprofessional and behaved badly. I left my small bag on the bus, and when I came back after 15 minutes to retrieve it, they told me I had to give them more money to get the bag. So pathetic.
