The boarding point behind the water tank in Kolhapur to Bengaluru is extremely unsafe for women. The road is completely dark, with no streetlights and several men standing around. Despite requesting the driver to stop on the main road, he insisted I come to the parking area. I had to seek help from fellow travellers to walk with me through the dark road. Please prioritise women’s safety and ensure buses stop at a well-lit, safe, and accessible boarding point. Women should not have to risk their safety just to board a bus.

I travelled from Sangli to Bangalore on 7th Oct. I had a problem with the charging socket at the beginning. When I texted them on WhatsApp about it, they sorted out the problem within half an hour. And they provided all the amenities they had mentioned. It was a good experience.

Excellent. Clean bus driving is excellent reached before time. AC and overall quality of the bus is good. Only thing is they should take restroom stop a little earlier after dinner. They take it too late.

The driver was driving very rashly and carelessly, taking turns abruptly and at high speed. Because of the uncomfortable driving, we could not sleep properly throughout the night. The journey was very stressful and uncomfortable. I request the management to take this issue seriously and ensure that drivers follow safe and responsible driving practices.
