The only reason I am writing down a review is because the experience was the worst in all my years. The bus came at 2 o'clock instead of 11:15 and he stopped 1km ahead of the designated spot. At 2 o'clock I had to run 1km on the highway to get the bus. You can check the experience of the other passengers as well. I want a full refund. If not, please remove this bus service from Redbus. You need to do either of the two, else I will take legal action in Redbus.

There was no live tracking of the bus. Bus seats were not clean. No blankets. There was a smell of alcohol in the bus. Terrible experience.

Pathetic in between without seat booking many people came and were sleeping in walkaway place. We booked seats and were unable to walk in between.

No cleanliness, no comfort of seat, not good behaviour of staff, bad bus quality. Even no water bottle supply upon request also. Very bad experience. Don't know how redbus is promoting such worst buses.
