They cheated me. They didn't drop me to Bangalore, and they refused to refund some amount. They left me at Mumbai. Too much suffering.

Zero Star – Redigo Bus I had a terrible experience travelling with Redigo Bus. There was not a single restroom break during the entire journey, causing unnecessary inconvenience to passengers. The worst part was the seat allocation. I had booked and paid for a confirmed seat, but later two more passengers were allowed on the same double seat. It seemed that the driver and cleaner were collecting extra money by accommodating additional passengers on seats that were already occupied. A seat meant for two people was effectively sold to three passengers. This is completely unfair, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Passengers pay for a confirmed seat and a comfortable journey, not for overcrowding and mismanagement. I strongly request Redigo Bus management to investigate this issue and take action against the staff involved. I will think twice before travelling with this service again.

Ac not working and the bus is in a very bad condition. Also, it was 8 hours delayed. Overall experience was terrible.

no one do not book this bus, very dirty & high time delay and no refund option, if your booking this bus is like trap.
