Bus was in good condition and both the seats recliner and sleeper were comfortable and spacious. Overall travelling experience was good.

Extremely disappointing and poorly managed journey. The bus was scheduled to depart at 8:15 pm but finally left around 9:00 pm because of seat-related confusion between the driver and passengers. The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional in his communication. When we asked the driver and conductor to put our luggage in the storage compartment, they simply refused, leaving us to carry our luggage on our laps throughout an eight-hour journey. Despite already being delayed, the bus made several unnecessary stops before 11 pm. Later, presumably to compensate for the delay, the driver started driving harshly and aggressively. Around 1 am, when most passengers were sleeping, he repeatedly honked while overtaking and continued with rough driving, making the journey extremely uncomfortable and disturbing. There was also no proper enforcement of basic night-time passenger etiquette, with people playing videos and music loudly even around midnight. Overall, the journey was uncomfortable and poorly managed. The attitude of the staff, luggage handling, unnecessary delays, and reckless driving made this a genuinely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service based on this experience.

My 1 AC vent was not opening. Regarding this, I complained to the staff, but they were also not able to open it. The bus pickup spot was not good, the bus journey started late, and even cleaning can be improved.
