Most terrible experience I ever had, I was craving to reach my destination. If you have already booked the bus, it's better to cancel it earlier even if you get 50 percent penalties. One will regret after booking the bus, pathetic.

Terrible and Pathetic experience with the bus service , reaching your destination at 3:45 pm when the expected arrival time was 10.30 am with multiple unwanted stoppages and poor bus condition from inside prefer travelling by Vande Bharat (Train) for avoiding this disturbing journey if you don't want to feel like your are in a cargo rather than a deluxe , comfortable passenger bus. This was not less than torture.

Different Pickup without informing 4. they were supposed to Reach Jammu around 10:30 after starting at 4:30 from Chandigarh butt Guess what they reached Jammu at 3:20 pm 5. toilet doesn't in use. and if you ask them about Toilet service they reply rudely.

Ruthless behavior to passengers. They are listening to such loud music that passengers are disturbed while trying to sleep. When asked, they say they always listen like that.

Sleeper are very small for 2 adults. Ac is very high temperature mode. Ac stopped for 2 or 3 times in my journey. Blanket are not provided for both. Sleeper booking online and then seat change.
