No support and no alternative arranged after breakdown in night around 1 am. They simply told to go to nearest government bus stand.

8 hours late bus, First bus is fail at nashik .they shifted to another bus to shirdi. from shirdi they provide bus is having puncture at morning they dont have spare stephany ,they taken 3 to 4 hours for that. waste of time.i have function to attend bus arrived at 5 pm what is this. people time is also important.

Staff sharing my sheet whole night made my sleeping uncomfortable.

Worst bus journey I have experienced ever. The suspension was very bad. And to make up these things they have privately messaged to give 5* rating. Driver did not pass water bottles.

First the bus was 45 minutes late. There was no working charging port for 2 hours. After several times of informing, then the port was on. No clean bedsheet. My bag was given to someone else; still mine is with them.
