I had a good experience traveling from Lucknow to Bhubaneswar with Sawariya Travels. The bus was comfortable, and the overall journey was smooth. However, since it was a long-distance trip, I felt the seating could have been better. The number of seats is quite limited, and the space between them is a bit cramped. Although the seats have a push-back feature, they do not include a leg rest, which made the journey slightly uncomfortable over such a long duration. Overall, it was a pleasant journey, and I appreciate the service provided by Sawariya Travels. Thank you! I would prefer to book a sleeper instead of a seater next time

Pickup point and drop points were very different from what was mentioned and driver didn’t even cooperate to tell the points clearly.

The bus was delayed by more than an hour (scheduled at 11:30 pm, arrived around 12:45 am), forcing me to wait on the roadside late at night. The hygiene and condition of the bus were shocking. There was a strong smell throughout, a dirty sleeper berth, and food particles and unclean bedding. This is completely unacceptable for a paid a/c sleeper service and reflects a severe lack of quality control.

The bus was nice and feels like a first AC due to it providing your own compartment along with pillow and blanket. Also, they provide water bottles. Overall, it was a nice journey.
