I was travelling with my family, including a 1-year-old child and luggage, and had a very unpleasant experience. Due to heavy Bangalore traffic, we got delayed by around 10 minutes. We had started 1 hour earlier, even though the stop is usually just 20 minutes away. Despite tracking the bus on live location, the driver moved ahead without picking us up. We repeatedly requested the driver to wait or stop, and even the rickshaw driver spoke to him, but he refused to cooperate and continued driving. This caused significant mental stress and harassment to my family. After continuous follow-ups and escalation, the driver finally agreed to stop—but only at a toll gate 8–10 km away from the original boarding point. This situation could have been easily avoided if he had waited just 10 minutes at the stop. Additionally, passengers on the bus mentioned that the driver had not waited even for 5 minutes. However, the driver falsely claimed that police instructed him to move, which appears to be untrue. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary inconvenience and mental harassment to my family. I request strict action and better accountability to avoid such incidents in the future.

1. No live tracking available. 2. Bus arrived 2 hrs late at boarding point. 3. Bus didn't arrive at the boarding point mentioned while booking. 4. Bus was fully packed with people sitting on pathway. 5. No water bottle provided.

Worst bus I have ever seen. The actual pickup time is different from the pickup time they displayed in the app.
