My overall experience was very good. The staff was polite, and the journey was comfortable. However, the service could be improved by maintaining the scheduled timings, as the bus was quite slow and arrived later than expected.

Very bad driving. Earlier I used to travel by this bus but today I found very bad driving. Sudden brake, driver never slows down at speed breakers. From GHY to Amoni it was good but after that I guess no one can sleep.

Go for a Volvo bus; this isn't, and I have suffered the whole night. Seats are very comfortable, but the suspension feels like a rollercoaster all the time. Not suitable for night ride.
