No rest stop. We were waiting for tea and washroom all journey but no stop. No luggage assistance given. AC was not effective.

Left 2 km behind from there, defined destination at petrol pump station and followed wrong routes from Beas to Amritsar.

I found the bus amazingly neat and clean, with a comfortable ride. The staff was very good, and the rest stop experience was good. Live tracking and punctuality were also good.

Their last stop was Kashmere Gate bus stand but they dropped me at Chandni Chowk and when I asked the driver, he spoke very rudely and asked me to get down there only.
