Heavy luggage 50kg parcel, more than 20 loaded in bus gallery inside the bus. We had to suffer problems in this bus.

Starting with 30 mins delay from the starting point, missing aisle window on seat, broken AC, stinking smell, unreserved passengers in the aisle, no blankets, no water, AC getting turned off every few minutes. I can’t explain more, but this was one of my worst bus journeys.
