Timing is very very poor. Nearly they picked me from Koyembedu metro office at 8.30 pm but reached Madurai at 8 am. They were so slow and stopped for a long time. Please don't prefer this bus. I have also seen the bus timings as 8.30 hrs travel in RedBus but this is cheating, so don't trust the timing.

Live tracking not correct, did not get correct information from staff, bus time was different from boarding time, we waited more than 2 hours at the boarding point and staff did not give correct information, I had the worst experience
