Not on time. Change from AC to Non AC bus in between. Didn't drop to the pickup point as said. Very bad experience. Want my money back.

2*2 upper seats are very uncomfortable.

Bus was not on time. No live tracking was available as mentioned in amenities. Not comfortable seats. At rest stop in washroom no water.
