1. The bus is not pre-cooled. We reached the bus, then they started the AC and after 1.5 hours it reached a cool sustainable temperature. 2. Mosquitoes and flying insects are inside. 3. The hand rest is not working properly.

The bus got delayed, and we took more than a 30-minute break at the hotel. We reached at 6 instead of 5, which is not acceptable.
