I hope washroom stops are mentioned by shouting and they should be proper toilets, rest great. If told, they do stop at petrol pumps, and the driver is kind and soft spoken. Seats were great and comfy.

Poor AC service, low service staff, don't provide blanket or kambal, accidented bus used for travelling, loud noise in brake drum system, overall low, poor service. Ramrao Gher passenger

The bus was in very poor condition. The brakes were not working properly and the bus was making excessive noise throughout the journey, which felt uncomfortable. Additionally, the bus departed about 1 hour 30 minutes late from the scheduled time, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this bus service to others.
