Driver and staff are ridiculously rude. I well in advance called and told I will be boarding from Cuncolim instead of Margao and it was noted. But then I got a call from the bus staff shouting at me on top of his voice why did I book from Margao if I have to board from Cuncolim. And then the bus is late by almost an hour. It did not give me any comfort in travelling. Not taking it next time.

Requesting the company to change or repair the sleeprs looks too old. otherwise the staff is good.

Worst service, delayed by 4 hours. Driver is saying he is not aware of the online timing. He will drop around 11.30 am (mentioned time was 8.20 am). Don't book this bus.

Bus broke down at night 11. They didn't have a spare bus. Passengers waited the whole night in the bus, and the next bus came at 8 am in the morning and reached Bangalore at 11 pm. 12 hours delay to the destination. Very very poor arrangements.
