I booked from Bengaluru to Pala, but they cancelled the ticket on journey day. They arranged a bus but not in Pala. I was forcefully dropped in Angamali. Very poor service. The bus was not at all clean. No proper communication from the bus team. Not at all preferring the bus. Worst worst experience.

Bus was not functioning well. 3rd and 4th gear were not working. But staff were not ready to arrange an alternative bus. Bus was delayed more than 5 hours.
