These buses are not at par with online booking standards. They do not even have a seat number. Online booked ticket showing seat number is just a gimmick. These buses are actually like city bus services, if not even worse. They pick passengers from anywhere until the bus is completely full without even space for standing. There is no appropriate stoppage for toilet and other refreshments on such a long six-hour journey from Pilani to Jaipur. Conclusion from my side after such a horrible experience is that online ticketing for such buses should be stopped immediately.

I booked a bus with 2×2 seating capacity. The bus that came had 3×2 seating capacity. On the service, Jaipur dropping time was shown as 5.30pm, but the bus reached Jaipur at 6.30pm. The bus kept stopping at different stations to pick more and more passengers. I paid XXXXX for a comfortable ride, but I did not get one.

the bus was dirty and the bus manager's behaviour and language was also very poor don't book this bus if u want a peaceful journey the toilet was also terribly poor
