Bed sheets and pillow covers are not washed. The bus was one hour delayed. Otherwise, staff is good.

Bus delayed by nearly 2 hours and AC is not working properly and didn't drop me at destination; instead, 20 kms away from it I was dropped. Driver and their people behaviour was rude. No proper communication. Cheap minded people.
