I was stuck at the location for more than an hour. The driver informed me that the bus ran out of diesel and we had to wait for more than an hour. They did not arrange accommodation and asked everyone to manage their commute further. Later, after complaining, they shifted the last six passengers to another bus. It was morning and there was no washroom nearby. The washroom on this bus was pathetic, smelly, had no running water and no lock. I was stuck. To start from the beginning, the bus was an hour late. My boarding time was 11 pm on 25th Oct 2026 and the bus came around 12:10 am on 26th Oct 2026. Neither the driver nor the pickup person called me. After boarding the bus, my seat was already given to someone else. I had to adjust in my seat with luggage. Then the support agent Bipasha closed my ticket without my confirmation. Overall, very very bad experience.

Your driver and conductor were fully drunk. They did not drop at the exact location. This was a very bad experience with you.
