I found the staff to be good. The bus was on time, and I thought the cleanliness was fine. The seat comfort was ok.

They shifted me to another bus from Dumka. AC was not working throughout the journey. Worst ever experience of all the buses I have travelled till date.

very bad experience as I was 10 min late at the boarding point and I didn't get my booked seat I have complained a lot still I didn't get any help from conductor.....they said I was late and they have given my seat to another passenger
