Bus was 2 hours late by its scheduled time and no notification was provided so I cancelled the trip. Kindly proceed with my refund.

The driver asking for luggage for a 20kg bag. When we said no, he is arguing. Pathetic experience. Seats are also not clean, they are smelling bad.

The bus provided was different from the one shown during booking. Curtains were missing, and the bedsheets were very dirty. There was poor ventilation, and the AC was not working properly. The suspension was also very poor, making the journey uncomfortable.

Don’t travel with this agency. My pickup was supposed to be at 11 PM, but the bus showed up at 3 AM. The driver drove like he was on an off-road race, not a highway. There’s a lot more I could say, but to keep it short — this was the worst travel experience ever. Even if it’s super urgent, just don’t book with them. They clearly don’t value your time.

Terrible experience. The vehicle broke down at midnight in a remote jungle area, putting us in serious danger. Poor maintenance and unacceptable service standards. Strongly advise against using this travel provider.
