We joined the travel with you from 8:15 pm, but you didn't switch on the fan. You stopped at the parcel service centre for more than 1 hour and we felt so hot and unhealthy.

Worst experience in my life but shaking so much at the back and smelling not clean bed. No proper stop and someone was making noise the whole night.
