Terrible customer service. I tried to contact them to cancel my ticket, for some reasons the redBus app wasn't working, and they never replied. I wasted my money and time. Doesn't deserve 1 star.

Driver didn't get rest. He has been driving for 2 days continuously and also bus was 3 hours delayed. Whatever is being said over here is completely waste.

The AC, TV, and light in the driver's back seat were not working properly. However, the serviceman and driver's behaviour was good.
