Very disappointing experience. The bus was boarded from a different location, around 1 km away from the actual boarding point. I had to walk with heavy luggage along with my wife, infant, and 5-year-old child. The boarding point should have been clearly communicated and properly managed, especially for passengers travelling with families and luggage.
