Bus inside felt like a dustbin. Too dusty. Maybe seats and blankets are not dusted properly.

Bus supposed to reach by 6.45 and reached by 8.15 and they had to drop at the supposed Kanhangad bus stand but they dropped in the middle where they wanted to park their bus. Staff behaviour is very bad.

My experience – disappointing bus service. Toilet facility: the onboard toilets are kept locked and made available to passengers only conditionally, defeating the purpose of having a toilet facility on the bus. Unreasonable travel time: the bus reached the destination one hour and thirty minutes late. The advertised travel time is nothing short of a joke. Poor suspension: despite booking seats xx and xx in the middle section, every bump on the road was felt due to the extremely poor suspension. This is surprising, considering the bus’s impressive exterior appearance. Misleading convenience: I specifically booked the bus for its onboard toilet facility, despite its rating being below four. I learned the hard way why the rating was low.

I booked my bus ticket and was supposed to board at Manyata Tech Park at 7:40 pm. I arrived at the correct location well before time, at around 7:15 pm, but the bus had already left at 6:30 pm. I was left struggling and feeling very upset. The drivers and staff were unhelpful. Bus No. XXXX left without me, and nobody informed me about the change or clearly explained where I should go. They simply told me that I could go to KR Market, even though I had already paid for my ticket. As a result, I had to spend extra money on a Rapido ride. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. You should inform passengers about any changes in departure times or boarding locations instead of leaving them stranded. I am very disappointed with your service. What a shame.
