Staff kept taunting us as to why we booked online. Also, whole night kept loud music in spite of us requesting to stop. Could not sleep at all. Rest stop toilets were dirty.

They were playing loud music throughout the journey. Had to tell them to stop again and again and couldn't sleep properly. At first, he was a little rude also.

Since our drop-off point was close, we wasted time wandering around the city, which was not appropriate. One and a quarter hours late from the given time. One and a quarter hour late.
