The bus stopped at a restaurant for dinner, and the food was unacceptable, and the area was unhealthy. On the day of departure, the bus started around 40 minutes later than estimated. The bus was expected to reach Vyttila, Kochi, at 8:50 am, but it arrived about 3 hours late at 12:00 pm. All these things make me very disappointed.

self control AC and light sggested. light only controlled by driver cabin crew. holding rack is must. otherwise all waste will be found on birth. L9 birth (back side last single lower) never suggest to others. too small. l can't sleep due to heavy heat from leg side and 5 feet person only have to sleep on that birth. I am only 5 feet 5 inch. but not comfortable for me.please ensure birth before booking. it is only my experience. thank U.

The van should be a little bigger. Someone should help with the luggage. It is very risky for ladies to handle the luggage alone. That's all.

Waste of time and waste of money. It’s 6:30 and still in the bus. One hour delay is fine, but 5-6 hours of delay is too worst. I don’t recommend anyone to book this service.

Bus was late by 1 hour and there was no communication. When I called the tone of the conductor was rude. For Rs XXXXX the price is more than double the price of the next available bus - Rs xxxx . Not sure why I chose this bus. There was nothing new about the bus. Price more than double than the rest.

The bus arrived more than 2 hours late and also dropped us off over 2 hours behind schedule. There was also a strange rule requiring all passengers to get off the bus during breaks, even if they didn't want to. On top of that, the co-driver/staff member was quite rude and unhelpful. Overall, it was a very disappointing travel experience.
