Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding a Driver Operating the Bus Under the Influence of Alcohol and Negligence by Bus Management I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding a highly disturbing and frightening incident during my bus journey. The driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol while driving the vehicle, causing immense fear and anxiety among the passengers and putting their safety at serious risk. Only after this incident was another driver called in to continue the journey. This incident raises serious concerns about passenger safety and the negligence of the bus operator. How can a driver suspected of being under the influence of alcohol be allowed to drive a bus carrying innocent passengers? Who would be held responsible if a serious accident had occurred? Furthermore, appears to make every effort to attract customers and facilitate bookings. However, when passengers raise complaints about such serious safety issues, there seems to be no proper response or accountability. Are passengers who pay for their tickets any less deserving of respect and safety? Are we not valued customers? Are we to be treated as helpless individuals without rights or dignity? We pay our hard-earned money for a safe and reliable journey, not to put our lives at risk due to the irresponsibility of drivers or the negligence of bus operators. I strongly urge and the concerned bus operator to investigate this incident immediately, take strict action against those responsible, and ensure that such an incident never happens again. Passenger safety is not a privilege; it is a basic responsibility. I expect a proper response and a clear explanation of the action taken regarding this serious complaint. I hope will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves rather than ignoring the concerns of a paying customer.

I waited for 2 hours, bus got delayed, no proper response from drivers. I needed complimentary or any compensation to overcome this frustrated concern.

This bus is too slow and too late. Expected time to reach destination was 10.30am. And now it is 3pm.

Bus was 2 hours late than scheduled time and AC was not working in the bus. It took 1 hour to get repaired and drop timing was 09:30. Still now I am travelling in bus, now time is 12:40 and it is showing it'll take 2 more hours for my destination. Totally waste of time and was not able to reach in time.
