Barde Roadlines Bus Booking

Always awesome when it comes to travel and service, however recently they have started to stop near Kognoli at a rest room named Shetkari. That rest room is pathetic. I don't feel like travelling through only because they stop at this rest stop. The washrooms are horrible and have no hand wash in them. These bus operators should stop in some good clean rest rooms. I know they have commissions and get money from the rest room owner but due to that they should not make the passengers suffer. I'll seriously consider another travels next time only due to this rest room problem.

Please try to provide washroom facilities inside the bus.

You should take care of ladies while you hold for washroom because while going from Belgaum to Mumbai where you held, there are no proper washrooms available, so it was very difficult for ladies. You should hold somewhere with good and proper hygiene restaurants.

Infested with cockroaches. All other things are good.

I forgot my watch. If possible, please try to contact me for my favorite watch. That's my fault. While sleeping, I removed it and in the morning I forgot to wear it and dropped it there. My seat number was xx.

Bus was late arrival and departure. Before it was punctual so I used to select this bus always. Now too disappointed.

As per schedule given while booking the ticket, I was supposed to leave Katraj at 11 pm and reach Hotel Ramdev Belgavi by 9 am, but the bus reached very early at 6.15 am, which is almost 3 hrs early and all my plans went haywire. Request you to mention the actual expected time of arrival at Hotel Ramdev Belgavi at the time of booking through the app.

My train was late. I requested the driver to wait for 10 minutes, but he missed the bus. I followed; the bus was only 8 minutes ahead.

Bus stop mentioned in ticket is different from actual.
