1. Provided driver phone numbers are incorrect. 2. Wrong pickup point, while I was booking it was shown as tibetan colony and at last minute I was told it will be Bir Road. 3. There would be a pickup stop every 10 mins, it's not a reservation based bus, it's a regular public bus. 4. They did not make any phone call when they arrived, even though I was available at spot. After 10 mins I got to know they left and I had to travel to Joginder Nagar by myself to catch this bus.

Not a great experience. What should have been a quick, short journey took a long time because the bus avoided the direct route and detoured through multiple villages. The ride itself was not very comfortable, even though it ran continuously without long stops. The biggest issue was the drop-off—instead of leaving me at the Dharamshala stand, they dropped me off 1-2 km away. For this price, you are much better off checking out other options. Or better to check the route of the bus before booking the ticket.

It's very convenient. I am really happy that they are providing service from Manali to Bir Billing. If you want to go Bir for paragliding from Manali, you may avail this one.

Seat number doesn't match with seat position

Pick up point is not at the parking in Bir Tibetan colony

You cannot travel in this bus with even small luggage. It is not comfortable for long travel. I won't recommend this bus to anyone who is travelling from Bir to Manali.
