Charging port is for name sake, it doesn't work. So forget backup incase of emergency. Staff did not care to do something about it but just said it is what it is. AC vents are horrible. Everytime the bus passes by a filthy place, all the smell gets in the bus through AC vents. Count sleep comfort out if you're sleeping in the single berth.

Seat is not good. AC very low. Staff pickup man very bad man person. Driver good. Bus not good, very unsafe seat.

Staff behaviour was very rude. No hygiene in bus. Rest stop was very unhygienic. Staff does not have manners to speak with ladies.
