Rest stop is not hygienic enough and only stopped once for a rest stop. Driving and staff behaviour are good.

Bed full of bed bugs. Staff did not respond even to multiple reminders. Such rude behaviour of staff.

More than 1 hour 20 minutes late and no update until I called. After complaint on call, it still did not reach on time for boarding. The dropping location was also changed without informing us. We asked in the morning and were then informed that the bus route was changed. The seat was not clean but the driver was humble. He stopped the bus as I requested so I could take a food parcel.
