There was another person in my seat, so I stayed in his seat which was next to me, but the cleanliness was not good, the lighting was not good, and no water bottle was provided.

Worst AC I have ever experienced. It seems like AC won't throw any cool air, instead of it it just throws hot air. Although they claim travel has the best suspension, in actuality you can feel the rolling heavily. Worst travel experience of all time and couldn't sleep the whole night at all.

Bus forgot to pick us up from our pick-up point. After calling the driver, the bus came back from Galaxy Hotel and took us, which took almost one hour. Then we did Surat darshan without reason, and unnecessarily the driver took four stops of 30 minutes each, which delayed the bus by three hours to the drop point. Worst experience ever.

Bus condition is worst. AC blowers cannot be closed and roof was leaking. AC flow and cooling was coming from the roof.
