I found the cleanliness of the bus excellent. The staff was helpful and kind, especially since the boarding point was late and traffic was causing delays.

Very late on time and very congested bus. After all seats were full, driver onboarded another passenger to get more money and overload the bus.

I had a really good experience. Since it was my first time boarding from Tharad, it was a bit difficult for me to find the departure location, but the staff stayed in continuous contact with me and guided me very well. They also kept checking to make sure all passengers had arrived, which showed how responsible and caring they are. Overall, it was a very pleasant journey. A special thanks to the supporting staff for their help and excellent service!
