First time I have travelled with this so poor quality bus. AC vent totally damaged, unable to control AC air, bed very dirty. Then didn't provide blanket even in winter. After requesting, they provided a very unhygienic, dirty, bad-smelling, very thin blanket. Very bad, uncomfortable journey I had ever.

Really great experience, very neatly maintained bedsheets and pillows. No blankets provided, Lights not working. rest all excellent.
