I asked to urgently pass urine to the driver, but he said he would stop after that. However, he never stopped. After prolonged asking, he only stopped after six hours, that is after departure from ernakulam. This is not a fair way of treating the passengers. I request you to teach them to understand passengers' needs and manners.

Actually worsen bus I ever seen. 1. Top roof leak(when outside raining). 2. charging point not working 3. seat & window were vibrating and noise Just for urgent travel , if no other option. At worse condition you can choose this bus.

Please maintain the bus and inside properly. Passengers are not travelling for free. Please clean the bus. Do the interior work again. Rainwater is entering the bus.

Renovate the bus at least. No charging port. Seat was damaged. My clothes were wet because of leakage in the bus during rain.

Old bus. RTO stopped for 45 min. Fined xxxx by RTO. Bus needs FC. No power sockets for seaters. Need improvement.
