I am extremely disappointed with the service. The bus left two hours later than the scheduled departure time, travelled at a very slow pace, and took an unnecessarily long time to reach the destination. This was a very frustrating experience.

Bus was changed. There was no bus and also timing was changed. 5:15 departure instead of 7 am.

Bus started at 9 am and reached at 8 pm. 3 hours late. No punctuality. Offline tickets were sold at 550 where Redbus charged 1000 rupees.
