Time was 5 pm, started 5.40. No proper other passengers, those from Rishikesh, wait for 20 minutes again. Hidden problem is don't book for Ukhimath, it is up to Kund.

Zero rating worst experience the bus didn't even reach Dehradun by 3:30 and the bus driver is letting anyone random come inside.

The bus acts merely as a local bus, stops here and there, and boards the local people. This journey was terrible.

Please don’t allow drunks or un-ticketed passengers to get on board on a full bus. The drunk who got on board was a safety hazard and so were those who stood the aisle the entire time the bus was in motion. As a side note thank you for waiting for me as my shared taxi was late getting into uttarkashi. Little did I know that my ride was going to take two hours. I would appreciate however that you send the bus driver no directly to my phone. So I don’t have to first call the operator to get the driver no. It took only six tries. But I persisted enough to convince the driver to wait for me. However as I mentioned getting un-ticketed passengers on board severely hampers any efforts at timeliness of reaching one’s destination.

The operator has sold my bus ticket to someone else and after a huge discussion they made me sit in another bus which caused a delay in reaching my destination. I planned to reach by 4 and visit the temple by 5 and spend some time, but everything was spoiled.
