Not even worth 1 star. Worst bus ever traveled dropped us in between without any alternative arrangement. The platform should review the buses and operators before attaching them.

Very worst ever, it's broken down after 1 hr onboarding. They stopped for 1 hr once to open the engine with a stupid toolbox, and the bus totally broke down before 150 km of the destination.

Worse ever, bus fully rain fall, bus repair every half an hour stop the bus and repair work doing travel time. Ticket price High and fully bus stop and they doing repair work. Bus reach at Dharapuram 8.15am bus shutdown, me and my family go Dharapuram bus stop and pick the other government bus. Worse. Need to refund.

Very very worst journey. Heavy rain, rain water leakage inside the bus. All sleepers fully water-stained. No sleep, not comfortable. Our ticket rate is 1400 but not worth it. Please refund at least half of the payment. Heavy headache came, not sleeping well. Rain water drops. Please refund half of the money in ticket.

Very poor service. The seats were uncomfortable and not maintained properly. The staff behaviour was also not good. There was no proper timing or punctuality. Overall, nothing about the service was satisfactory. Definitely not recommended.
