First of all, when I booked, departure time shown was 19:00 hr but actually vehicle departed at 20:40 hr. Seats are in very dirty and broken condition. Worst experience.

Phone chargers don't work in this bus and they also changed my seat without even asking me. I'm a tall person and I need a bit of leg room. I had booked a seat on the aisle side accordingly, and in the 4th row. They made me sit in the inner seat (window seat) and that too in the very front row, which meant there was extremely low leg room for me. The conductor kept saying that he would change my seat shortly, but he never changed it.

The water bottle, pillow, and blanket were not provided. The AC controller was malfunctioning. The staff's behaviour was also unsatisfactory; I had to request multiple times to use the toilet, and they didn't have a dedicated rest area.
