We were given tension regarding the boarding point. As we are new to the city (as will be many), how will we know if the point is not told to us in detail and no tracking, no driver answered our call. The boarding point has no water or a proper restroom. Sorry, but you have to improve and not treat the passengers to such tension.

Bad experience in Siliguri counter activities. Whole day they did not inform anything but at last minute, they changed boarding point saying Durga Puja traffic issues. Why did not they inform us in daytime. This was not the first day and first time Durga Puja. Also, we gave rickshaw fares by ourselves at changed boarding point. Rickshaw drivers took more money and took us to wrong boarding point. We again changed another rickshaw to reach the correct boarding point. Staff in counter were not listening to us instead supporting rickshaw drivers to get more money. Very very bad experiences in this bus. If possible, returned my extra charges paid due to your own negligence.

They stopped the bus midway and asked us to arrange our own transport. The reason they gave was traffic jam but there was no traffic jam when I took a cab by paying twice the bus fare from there. How can you leave people stranded midway Horrible experience.
