Bus was supposed to reach at 5:30 am but we still have not reached and now it's 9:17. In between, the speed of the bus was so much that we were tossed in the air. I am traveling with my baby. Super horrible experience.

Bus staff, particularly behaviour of the handyman, is not satisfactory. Even he claimed one hundred rupees for unloading one simple carton from the bus. Even I have paid eight hundred rupees for the carton at the time of booking.

The stoppage point in KANU HOTEL for dinner, very expensive food. Request to change the dinner location. Rest all very good.

Pillow was very uncomfortable. And the rainwater was seeping in through the window. Travelling from another state, and being a non Assamese/Bengali speaker, it was difficult for me to know when the bus was stopping for the washroom break.
