There was no blanket, rest stop hygiene, not proper guidance

Curtains were dirty, mattresses were dusty, hygiene was not maintained, AC ducts were damaged, charging points were not working. That travel was totally bad.

The bus experience was quite disappointing. The curtains and bedsheets were not clean, which made the journey uncomfortable. After one trip, the seats were also not properly cleaned. The AC cooling was not working properly, and it became so hot inside that we had to open the windows during the journey. The biggest issue was the drop location. Our drop point was supposed to be Katraj, but the bus driver dropped us at Warje instead. When we argued about this, the staff behaved very rudely and said "do whatever you want, but the bus will not move." This was very unprofessional and inconvenient for passengers. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and staff behavior need serious improvement. I would not recommend this travel at all. And we did not expect such service when we booked bus from Redbus.
