Unsatisfied, rubbish service from Durga Travels, too much delayed, no calls answered, phone number switched off, Red Bus customer care number not connecting, GPS tracker not available, bus name under others vendor is Durga Travels, just unsecured.

Driver experience is learning. Very bad sitting arrangement. Durga travel used third party bus. We never recommend this travel.

Bus broke down, took 2 hrs to repair and then the journey took 12 hours to complete. Almost all seats were broken.
