My travel experience was excellent. The bus was on time, and the staff was helpful. I found the seat comfort and the AC to be excellent, while the cleanliness and driving were both good. The live tracking was also helpful.

Overall perfect only towards the end of my journey I discovered AC condenser problem was there. However, opening the vents things got better. Staff very polite and decent.
