Very bad experience and bus dropped on road. There is no dropping point for this bus. Very worst experience.

I booked my slipper sheet but my other passenger booked and confirmed one seat. Both passengers, I had to travel without a sheet full night.

I found the cleanliness of the bus poor. The bus was delayed by 25 minutes, and there was no space to keep luggage, forcing it to be stored in the aisle. The seat recliner was broken and uncomfortable. The service was pathetic.
